Spreading Seeds is where PASSION and PURPOSE come together.
Spreading Seeds is a non-profit organization created to fill the gaps in care for low-income families, Veterans, individuals in substance abuse treatment along with their families, recovering addicts along with their families, and those facing a life hardship.
Spreading Seeds provides food through cooperation with the NC Food Bank. In addition, we can provide household items, small appliances, clothing, shoes, hygiene items, furniture through our Clothing and Household Banks, and incentives to stay in substance abuse treatment. Other services we offer are guidance counseling, empowerment classes, case management, fitness, nutrition, and community connection resources.

Our MISSION is to empower low-income individuals and families, Veterans, those in substance abuse treatment, and recovering addicts by providing food security, life-skills training, and community resources to improve their quality of life.
